　 Our company trains, examines and releases certificate to railway telecommunication optical cable and cable connection personnel. “Railway Communication Company Communication Line Maintenance Technique Support Center”, “Railway Communication Company Communication Line Complete Set Equipment Inspection Center”, and “China railway communication signal Shanghai Telecommunication Testing Center” belong to our company. Being authorized, “Support Center” is responsible for railway line maintenance, product standard establishment, and research and development of new products; “Inspection Center” gained measure certificate in November 2000, in charge of network connecting inspection and testing of complete set equipment of railway telecommunication line and providing test standard to network connecting certificate of complete set equipment of communication line on behalf of railway ministry and notarization data to society; “Telecom Testing Center” gained measure certificate in December 2001, able to take 22 item quality check and acceptance jobs in communication network and signal project and provide notarization data to society.
